SALES TERMS

The general terms and conditions govern the online purchase of products and services promoted on the website www.agrolabo.it/shop owned by Agrolabo S.p.A, with registered head office in via Masero 59, 10010 Scarmagno (TO), C.F. - VAT number 01152200018.

Agrolabo sells only to professionals in the veterinary sector, i.e. those who are VAT-registered and make purchases for professional use only.

 

CONCLUSION OF THE SALES AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SALES TERMS

The sales agreement between Agrolabo and the Customer is concluded, once an order is accepted by Agroloabo. The Customer is informed about the order confirmation by email to the Customer’s email address.

PROCEDURES FOR SENDING THE ORDERS

For the purpose of placing an order, the Customer is required to register on the Online Shop by entering all the required information and choosing a password to submit the orders and access his / her profile. Agrolabo reserves the right to verify the data provided by the Customer and sends the Customer the authorization/confirmation of the address and password by mail.

Customers can purchase the products selecting them in the section Online Shop and adding them to the shopping basket.

Once the products are selected, the Customer must make the registration (if this has not already been made) and authentication by entering username and password in the relevant field. If the data on the selected product(s) are correct, the Customer must select the payment method. After selecting the payment method, the Customer can send the order by clicking on “Send”.

Agrolabo confirms the correct receipt of the order by email sent to the Customer’s email address. The confirmation message shows the date of the order placement and the order number to be used for future communications with Agrolabo.
The message shows all the data added by the Customer who is required to check them for correctness. If corrections are required, these must be promptly communicated.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The price for each product is shown on the website with and without VAT.
In any case, the price does not include shipping charges.

 

Shipping charges must be added to the total price of the products, are charged to the Customer and are clearly shown and communicated to the Customer on the website, before the purchase agreement is concluded.

These charges vary depending on the country where the parcel will be shipped. In particular for shipment to:

EU countries: 20 Euros

East Europe countries: 30 Euros  

Rest of the world: 40 Euros

The amount on the invoice includes the product price (shown next to the product) and the shipping charges at the time of order completion. If prices and shipping charges change after the order completion, this will not affect the order in question.

New prices will be effective as soon as they are published on the Agrolabo website and applied to the sales made at that time.

Upon completion of the order Agrolabo sends an email to confirm the order receipt. The Customer is required to store this e-mail.

If the Customer does not receive it, he/she is required to contact Agrolabo.

Agrolabo offers the following payment methods to be chosen upon completion of the order:
- payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) to be effected at the time of order
-   payment by PayPal, to be effected at the time of order (it is possible to create a PayPal account on the PayPal login page before the order is completed).

When the Customer sends the order, the web session is transferred to the secure PayPal website. The Customer can complete the payment procedure (product price and shipping charges) on this website using its PayPal account. If the Customer does not have a PayPal account, he / she is required to enter its credit card details.

Product price and shipping charges are debited from the PayPal account or the Customer’s credit card when Agrolabo SpA sends the order confirmation.
The invoice is sent by Agrolabo SpA to the Customer by e-mail or mail. For the purpose of issuing the invoice, the information provided by Customers shall be deemed authentic.

 

 

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY TERMS  

The products ordered by the Customer are transported and delivered by the courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of registration or to a different address indicated at the time of sending the order.
If the product is available in stock, shipment will take place on the first day of shipping.

If an order, or a part of it, cannot be processed, Agrolabo will promptly contact the Customer to make the appropriate arrangements.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check the following:

- the number of packages delivered corresponds to those indicated in the accompanying document;

- the packaging of the products is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the closing materials .

The Customer is required to promptly inform Agrolabo if the packaging is damaged or there is no correspondence between the number of packages ordered and those delivered.
This must be performed by adding “SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE” to the paper documents to be returned to the courier and to those for the Customer.
It is understood that if the Customer signs the courier’s documents without any objection, he/she can no longer raise objection to Agrolabo SpA with reference to the external features of the goods delivered.

Products can be delivered by the courier only to the Customer or to persons authorized by the Customer; the person who receives the products must sign the documents to confirm the delivery. Couriers do not deliver the goods to postal boxes, mailboxes or similar places.

 

GOODS RETURNED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE

If the goods ordered do not match with those received and in particular, if problems of physical integrity, non-compliance or completeness of the products occur, the Customer must promptly (and in any case within 7 days) inform the Agrolabo SpA Customer Care by email providing a description of the non-compliance. The contact persons to refer to are listed at the bottom of this page.

The Agrolabo Customer Care will inform the Customer how to solve the problem and, if possible, how to receive the missing items, replace defective items, or be refunded. The replacement of defective items or the reimbursement must necessarily be authorized by Agrolabo. In no case the Customer will be required to return the defective items or those received by mistake at his own expenses.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts and in their original packaging.

 

MISTAKES AND/OR INACCURACIES IN THE ONLINE SHOP

Agrolabo SpA is committed to constantly checking the Online Shop in order to avoid any errors or inaccuracies. However, the Online Shop may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Therefore Agrolabo SpA reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions contained in the Online Shop even after an order has been sent.
Agrolabo reserves also the right to change or update the information at any time without prior notice to Customers.

 

 LAW APPLICABLE AND COMPETENT COURT

This contract is governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree 70 of 09/04/2003 on electronic commerce.

Any dispute will be settled only by the competent court of Turin.
